Rainy and windy today in contrast with yesterday's perfect fall weather. So it will be an indoor bike workout day, and maybe catchup on new apartment chores - organizing, etc, and maybe even an afternoon nap with my pups...

Im attending my hubby's Marching Band Contest today. It's a beautiful day. My parents are coming!! Yay! Going to dinner afterwards.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
