146.6 Let's keep our fingers out of the PB today....leave the refined sugars and carbs alone...shun grazing... leave the liquid refreshments that contain calories (that's me) out of our glasses, eat well....get a little exercise in and commit to a return to peace of mind, pride and contentment.

Bonnie you and i need to declare a "war on peanut butter". its my late night weakness and really my only one. Hubby doesn't eat it so why do I keep the stuff around? and oddly, if i eat a handful of peanuts instead of a blob of peanut butter, i don't get the automatic half pound gain. so why don't I just eat the peanuts? Oh well, off for a short trip to visit a friend who hopefully has no peanut butter in the house. Diane
