114.5. Last night I ate too much and puked. A proud moment, for sure. 

Can hardly fathom that it's the last day of September. I'm hoping to squeeze a few days of riding in over the coming month, but the valuable combo of weather and time will definitely make things tricky!

122.  the new normal i guess.  its a beautiful fall day and i will have to spend it running errands and working in the gallery. 

spencerella, my hubby still eats too much and pukes every once in awhile.   doctor says its a guy thing.   oh well.  feel better.    diane

I still overeat too, but don't puke unless I REALLY overdo it...  hope you feel better today!

154.4 lbs  struggling to keep it off...

Still happy with loss and fast, but a bit concerned...

Know just what to do, just have to do it!

For better or worse, my sleeve has never increased much in volume so at two years out it still punishes me swiftly and harshly for eating too quickly or even slightly overeating! 

I envy you!  My has definitely stretched!  However, I feel the restriction much more now since my fast...

145.2  Today was "well woman wellness exams...yah, everything all at once...(must be some kind-o-freaking machoshichist - spelled that so very badly that even spell-check didn't have a clue...     ) Mammo- pap/pelvic- shingles vaccine...etc,,,, 5 hrs at the clinic....good thing- I have a GREAT GP, and all the tecs were super!!- just eexhausting.....

Tried to upload a UTUBE clip....Cher in "Moonstruck" slapping what's his face, and saying, "Snap out of it!!".  For those of us battling a few #'s...(yah, ME, too)..."SNAP OUT OF IT!"!  Own it and deal..... (said in all love), bonnie 

Yah. Snap out of it. I need that clip right now!

148.1#. I've puked one...it was like a horrible death.  I never want to do that again!!!  Feel better soon!

Bonnie, the magic wand is not working...maybe the slap will. I sure need it.  It's feeling like the "old days" where I am losing control...dammit to hell!!!
