145.2  down a smidgen despite some curry popcorn and the dread PB jar last night.  Reality is reality, and the number on the scale does not make my eating, or the way I did it or why I did it OK.  The daily morning mental inventory is becoming ever increasingly important to my maintenance.  Immediate correction...

Today, I love my house...beautiful weather, windows open...company over for fun in the kitchen...experimenting with butternut squash.  Going to try a soup and casserole (new recipes) and make this fantastic pumpkin torte and maybe homemade pumpkin icecream.  I have grown sons without wife-ee-poos yet, so occasionally, young women from church come over for cooking and baking fun.  Sweetie pies probably think I just love to cook and bake (and I do), but the reality is I'm just really pretending I have young grown daughters!

114.  Um yeah. I'm really not liking the ugly curveballs life is slinging my way much too frequently. Last night was the closest I've come to a great big ol' 'binge' to make myself feel better. But I didnt.

Hoping your curve-balls turn into soft-balls sooner than later!  Until then, dodge them the best you can!
