Daily Maintenance Weigh In- Sunday, September 28, 2014

145.6  Woke to a clean house and a beautiful day.  Yesterday's kitchen gathering was WONDERFUL time.  Everything turned out so well--flavors everywhere.  Had some soup and passed on the torte and ice cream.  Surprise was the  squash casserole that we baked in the shells--turned out super rich. (passed on that one, too)  Sent leftovers home with the girls....Today baking chicken thighs and spaghetti squash--now, that's squash I can  get into!  Have a great day, friends.  

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

Highish ar 115 today. 

I have a clean house too Bonnie :-). All the cooking from yesterday sounds heavenly.  Your picks for today are two of my post wls favs.

122 today. not liking the trend but its the peanut butter. gotta get a handle on that. or just toss it.  its a cool calm day. i need to work on papers and taxes but sure don't feel like it.   diane

Beautiful day!!!  I think I'll either walk or ride my bike.  I'm puttering around he house and have to do lesson plans.  This weekend has gone way too fast!!!
