Ok, don't tell me everyone has forgotten where their scale is.  Unfortunately , I found mine.  121.5.  Guess all my hydration efforts are showing but thats ok.  surely it could have nothing to do with that peanut butter blob.  oh well, we had a good rain yesterday and now its sunny.  think i will do a kiln firing since I have lots of stuff stacked up.   Diane.

Holding steady at 135.0....that's up a couple pounds.  I'm coming off a week of traveling and getting over a nasty sinus/head cold.  Hope to be back to the 133.0 range by next week.

Weight - 147.4 lbs  ( I am getting up there just a bit, it could be any of the following or a combination of them) :

     -  a natural gain after the water fast

     -  constipation

     -  water retention  ( I had soya sauce last night on my quinoa)

     -  eating too much...  I will keep an eye on it.  I have upped my water and I am trying to reduce my amounts of food a bit...  until I am sure everything is going to be ok....  I also expect a bowel movement any day now :)  (sorry tmi)

Last few days of breaking the fast...

I am not following it perfectly..., they are adding too many things in too quickly...  Here are the next few days and what to add:

-  nuts and eggs

-  dairy - milk products

-  fish & meat

-  everything else...

I've pretty much stopped weighing myself. I just go by how my clothes fit. My pants were falling off my ass the other day -- one of two size 4s -- and I wasn't sure if they were just worn out so I did weigh myself. 122 which is right around where I was the last time. I think my ass is smaller though because I've been able to lift heavier weights in strength class.

The off season is coming so I'm going to go to 2x a week starting next week.
