112.5 today. Not too shabby. Have an appointment with a photographer for a new headshot. Last time I had that done I was close to my heaviest so today should be way more fun.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

Breaking The Fast
Day 6 - One apple and 12 oz of 50% water + 50% juice for breakfast
- Lunch, salad with some combination of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots and cabbage. No dressing, no salt. Tiny sprinkle of oil and vinegar, and fruit & juice.
- And for dinner, small plate of steamed veggies, no butter. Broccoli, carrots, squash and cauliflower with a dab of olive oil to taste.

OMG!! The fruit has been fantastic... I have had either apple or watermelon the last couple of days... so good... yesterday I could not resist some homemade sun dried papaya, I had it for one of my meals... sooooooo good.
Today, SALAD!! I can't wait! Oh and I had a fruit salad this morning for breakfast, apple, papaya & watermelon... yummy!
I LOVE food!
