Weight - 146.8 lbs

Breaking The Fast

Day 1 -  Drink 8 oz of 50% juice - 50% water, wait 4 hours, drink another 8 oz of 50% juice - 50% water, wait another 4 hours, drink 8 oz of juice (don't need to dilute this one ) and wait 12 hours.

I am slowly waking my body's digestive system back up...  I will be ravenously hungry for a few days... ugh...

Wish me luck,

Cindy

Well not sure what I weigh because I just spent a day and a half in the hospital. had a fainting spell.  they did a whole bunch of tests and found nothing wrong. I think it was just dehydration and a little too much wine. oh well, at least there were a  few NSV's in that the hospital gown was huge, could of put two of me in the wheel chair, no problem with the mri machine which has a table about the size of a gymnastics balance beam, and i certainly was not tempted to overeat on hospital food. So I am home and fine and back to routine. what a way to finish up birthday.  diane

Diane!  What a unique way to spend your birthday....Leave it to you to find the upside of it all.  So glad it was only "vapors".

Congrats on your accomplishments!!  Have you tried powdered peanut butter?  It's real pb just dehydrated and you reconstitute with water. All of the flavor, none of the guilt!!  Some grocery stores stock it in the regular pb section, others in the organic section. GNC also carries it.  I'm sure a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's would too. Good luck :)
