I'm home today puttering around the house, have a hair appt. and working out with the personal trainer. I haven't worked out all week. Need to get my three in before Monday and I will.

146.8 Sun shining and looking forward to the weekend! Maybe this is the weekend to switch out wardrobes to fall-wear....Love being able to wear the same clothes I was wearing the year before! Yay maintenance!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

Hi all, 120.5. Feeling fine and gotta work the gallery today. Will make it a goal to drink a huge amount of water as it gets warm in there. Had a powerful peanut butter craving last night but fortunately we were out. Its foggy here today which is actually pretty normal. a bit of rain the other day - small help for the drought. hope we get more. Diane
