TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
Time to get back in a rhythm here... we've been in NJ a couple weeks now and of course it's been hectic, but our new life is settling in to a bit of a patter - just in time for me to go back to MN for a few days then London for a week !
184 today - up after spending 12 hours driving up to Gloucester, MA and back yesterday for a business meeting. Sitting in the car lead to bloat city, i guess.
Mainly been hovering right at 180, which is fine.

120.5 today. and its my birthday. hubby got me flowers and a little cupcake. he also got me a package of these marshmallow pinwheel cookies which is sort of a joke item because i used to buy them about once a year. gonna take them to the studio and put them out for others to eat. not me. not gonna make this birthday about eating though i will open a bottle of very nice pinot noir. pretty much gonna do whatever i want today which is goof around in the art studio. diane
