All thanks to my Gastric Sleeve, you're my hero. I've had my Gastric Sleeve done in June of 2010 and been rocking it since. My upcoming non-scale victory will be on 09/20/2014 and the reason I said "upcoming non-scale victory" is that yesterday (09/13/2014) is that I signed up for my very first 5k walk (for charity walk) and once I finish the walk I'll be able to check that off in my "Goals" list that I have on my profile. I hope it's going to be a good day to do the walk and I hope the sun will be out on that day. The walk starts at 10:00 a.m. CST. I'll try my best not to forget to bring my camera with me so I can take pictures on that day of the walk (09/20/2014). I can't wait for the day of the walk to get here.

I just found out this evening (09/14/2014) about the distances of each of there three routes for the walk:

I found out that there will be three different routes at the "Conquer Chiari Walk Across America" that's on 09/20/2014 the routes are as followed:

1.) Shorter, Paved Route: distanced is about a 1 quarter mile long.

2.) A Longer Forest-Preserve Route is about 1 mile long.

3.) The 5K Route is about 3.2 miles long.

I was looking at your signature, and impressed by your stats!  Way to go.

My next goal is to start a work out routine.  It's time.  Thanks for the motivation.
