149.0 WTF?????Numbers on a scale are so crazy...There was a time when I'd a thought that number was unattainable this side of the grave..and now I'm *****ing about it! Guess it just depends on which side you meet the numbers, dropping down to them (great), or climbing up to them (crap). This morning I'm on the crap side. Time to turn around.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
Oh! Dear! Bonnie...it's going to be okay! It's a definite mind game for sure and sucks!!!! I've been as high as 152#. Scary ****!!! I know you've got this. I also know it's not a true weight gain. Tomr will be better!!!

Day 17 of Fast
No weigh in this morning, slept at the same friends house watched everyone eat steak, lamb, salads, fried potatoes, spanish rice, chocolate cake... drinks, etc... I did it again...
Everyone noticed I looked and felt much better at this party. More energy and participation... I know my body is still cleansing and detoxing, I am noticing several great things... However, I am bored with this and look forward to it being done and moving on to juices then fruits and veggies... and eventually on from there... just a few more days...
Goal #1 met, getting back to my original goal of 155 lbs DONE
Goal #2 met, lose 20 frickin' pounds! DONE
