Daily Maintenance weigh In- Saturday, August 30, 2014

Hi There,

I am doing a deep cleansing fast...  The longer I go the deeper the cleansing is...  I don't know at this point how long I will go.  Actually I have an idea, however, I don't want any negative comments and so I am down playing the whole thing.

The first three days, especially yesterday and in the night, were difficult, however, I am feeling much better today, just weak...

I will gladly provide you with a link or two from the research I have done, it is pretty incredible what a long fast can do to cleanse and heal your body...  Just let me know if you want my favourite links...

Oh and this is a 'Water Fast"...
