143.8 going to be another hot one here in Kansas. Got a hair cut yesterday (hadn't done a thing with it since last August) and took about six inches off the lenght. Hits just at my shoulders, and I like it a lot! Now, if I can only make the adjustment in the amount of shampoo I need....

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
119. cant complain. did such a big poop that i plugged the potty the other day. I know, TMI, but it accounts for weight loss.
and hey miss 150, did you weigh yourself before and after that haircut? bet it was a half pound.
Doggie is doing fine after two teeth being pulled. he sure loves taking his pills in liver sausage and eating scrambled eggs. he is on a mushy diet so i know all about what to fix for him. d
