143.8 Going into the weekend the right way, anyways...Projects galore (good intentions of doing some of them, at least). Discovered what we believe to be a thicket of sand plumbs at the back of our property...will make sparkling pretty jellies to give for Christmas presents!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

We are trying to get motivated to start cleaning and getting chores done early so that we can head to a train museum. But alas, the Slim family can't seem to get away from the TV. TOO CUTE kittens is on and that is our favorite show. We will get motivated here, soon.

119.5. hoping to go to our county fair today. its little and very cute. and I get to eat my once a year corn dog. first year after sleeve i could only eat half. now i can eat all of one. big whoop.
worked at the art gallery yesterday. business was slow and I spent time looking out the window at the restaurant across the street which has a big sign that says FRESH FUDGE. Then, a visitor actually had the nerve to come in the gallery carrying a box of FRESH FUDGE. Fortunately none was offered. I am going to have to put blinds on that window. diane
