Daily Maintenance Weigh-In, Monday, August 18, 2014
First time on the scale in a while - holding quite steady at 184
Been on the road pretty continuously the past few weeks. Now we've packed up our house - mostly - and it's on a truck headed to our new apartment in Jersey City, NJ. Wife has a new job starting Sep 8, and I'm focusing on growing my company's customer base in the NY/Boston/Philadelphia corridor... we're getting in the car this coming Sunday and driving out, then the big house goes on the market after some cleanup.
The adventure begins!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

My work week starts. I'm setting up my classroom today! I'm not excited yet, but I will be when the kids come. I have inservice all week...not exciting!!!

Alright, then...I'm calling shenanigans on the freaking wand. The warranty is expired anyways, so throw the worthless sucker away. I'm on the lookout for some other devise that will allow magical scale satisfaction regardless of behaviors...Will let you know when such devise comes my way. Till then, I guess we just have to tow the line.

Good luck on the move Tom. 12 years ago we moved from Nebraska to California. Major undertaking but worth it. And for three days we were technically homeless. very freeing.

154.6 - up a lb from Sunday which is a lovely bloated feeling.
Today was the first day for the students which means that things are calming down. Now we just fight fires as they happen. Calm-er-ish.
I got a short walk in today. I'm not walking the school as much right now because I atm being trained, so I was glad for the walk outside today.
