Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Wednesday, August 6, 2014
Feeling trim at 112.0 today. The big quick gain was mostly bloat from salt, carbs and crap, so the 3 day dial back seems to have sorted things out. Not sure if there is any 'real' gain in there or not but I need to stop playing with fire because I definitely don't like WL mode!

Huge workout last night. I signed on with a new coach, and he's taking me to a new level.
Ouch.

Diane you are amazing. You set such a good example for us :). I really like the life goal idea. I'm gonna have to think on that. So does that mean you can go all the way to 125 before returning to WL mode? Or would you do that sooner because you currently hang out at 120? The reason I ask is because my real goal was 125 but I naturally dropped below 115. 117 is my red zone right now and I intend to stay with that for now ....

I'm on day #3 of "dial back" mode too, Linda! And it's working although I have to admit I haven't cut back to original WL mode numbers. But they are a lot lower than they were - and there is no crap, carbs or diet soda sneaking in there. Still have some work to do. I want to eventually get to 127.0 by my 18-month post-op appointment in November.
