Whew!  Back down to 134.6....any amount of sugar and diet soda are no bueno for this girl.  Just. can't. handle. it.  How many god-damned times do I need to test that universal truth?!?

114.4 today. Down 3 pounds after just 2 days of weight loss mode so that's the bloat portion of the weight gain gone. I'm going to stay in WL for a few more days and see if I can take off a bit of what I think may represent a 'real' gain of 1- 2 pounds. It's been a little rough going back to WL mode. I don't like it. 

Leaving for California vacation and OH conference  on Saturday which means things won't be as tight starting then. I will have to put the rest of this week to good use. 

Tracy, what is it about our continued capacity to tell ourselves lies?

For me it's about being a sugar addict - and addicts are the BEST liars in the whole world, especially to themselves.  

And there's a part of me that really, really, really wants to believe that I'm "normal" now.  I'm not....never was....never will be.  I can look normal but it means I have to eat differently than everyone else for the rest of my life.  And someday I hope I'll be in a state of grace and acceptance about that

104.4 lbs today.  I'm going the wrong way and I need to find a way to stop it.  Arghhh,  why is this so hard to do?!

120.5.  actually relieved  its not higher due the the peanut butter festival I had last night.  Had to rush out the door early yesterday and didn't have my ususual greek yogurt breakfast.  It seemed like i was hungry all day and wanted cheese and nuts and snacks.  guess its true what they say about breakfast even though i have never much cared for it.

BTW, i have been noticing lately that friends my age (62) who are obese seem to all have trouble walking and moving around now. some have handicap parking cards and some are getting joints replaced. That weight really gets you as you get a little older. so grateful to have dumped 125 useless pounds of greasy  protoplasm.    diane

We're down a car ( in the shop) so I was up early to take my hubby to band camp.  I drove to school to drop of some school supplies. I also went to the chiropractor for an adjustment. Icing and relaxing.  I swear my body hurts  more now thin than when I was fat!!!!  My hip refuses to stay in place.  Darn body!!!
