143.4 Up uber early---first day of school....Off to Lawrence for a couple days' inservice (teachers- you know what that means with the boatload of pastries, chocolates, restaurants....yada-yada) ...Focus, bonnie....focus! Got to remember how much I like posting 143 here, day after day!

goal!!! August 20, 2013 age: 59 High weight: 345 (June, 2011) Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012) Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

143.2# I lost 1.8# this week and I'm happy! I'm in the zone but 5# more and I'll be at my happy weight!!! Yay!!!

Bonnie- be strong!!! In-service is the worst!!! School stress makes me eat! I've got to come up with a better plan. My motto of "donuts make everything better" plus holiday eating has put me in WL mode most of the summer. Need better plan...lol

Working out this am, going to school today to drop off some supplies that were donated; then dinner with friends tonight.

185 this am - typical post international travel bloat, it seems.

The big news is that my wife landed a job in Jersey City, so we're relocating in a few weeks... headed out there this weekend to secure an apartment, then back to pack enough stuff to get us rolling until we can get time to sell the house, etc.

My business partners asked me to cover the northeast as it's our hottest area, and I'm really looking forward to living there for a year or two.

117.8. Gobsmacked by a 5.5 pound gain in about 10 days. I'd be lying if I didn't say this is scary **** I really don't know how to make sense of it yet, but something has inherently changed.
