TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

thanks all. the picture doesn't show the size - can't get it to enlarge. but these are ceramic pieces 4 to 6 inches tall. the irridesent glaze is a special firing technique I learned at a workshop a few years ago. they have no function but to sparkle. diane
