goal!!! August 20, 2013 age: 59 High weight: 345 (June, 2011) Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012) Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145
TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
Just remember they use their asses for the same thing as the rest of us - to **** with and sit on. They pull their pants on the same way you do.

119.5 today. Don't deserve it because I did a peanut butter raid last night. Oh well. It was a busy day. Just learned a big nice natural foods store is opening a store in our dinky town next year. This is great news as i won't have to drive to the next town to visit the hippy dippy coop.
Found out yesterday that the CEO of company that hubby consults for got ****canned. Good riddance.
