112.8. Had a better day yesterday but still need to clean things up further. I love the accountability that checking in here gives me. Thanks everyone!
Tracy your numbers look good :)

Arghhhh! I am so frustrated. My all time low was 162 lbs. After my tummy tuck, I actually gained a little weight, and lately, my thyroid has been going up and down like a yoyo. One week I gained 6 lbs in 5 days, and its not because I ate 17,500 calories too many. What can I do to get back down. I am currently sitting at 182. I had lost my winter weight once. (I went up to 183), but it has come back. I know that I need to get back to 800 calories a day, but I can't for the life of me remember what I used to eat to keep my intake so low. I still love my protein drinks.
By the way, since I am here, has anyone seen Mom (mom4jazz) posting anywhere in here? She seemed to disappear off the face of the earth.
My plea to you all today is HELP! How do you do just 800 calories in one day, because I can't remember. And.....I am a vegetarian.
Sorry to hear you're struggling, Jane :( This is going to be a lifelong battle for sure, but you're actively fighting it, so good for you.
Regarding getting back to low cal, I'm not sure that 800 is reasonable this far out? Maybe 1000-1200 might be more realistic? If it was me, that's where I'd take it (1000 at my size), and try to consistently stay there day in and day out, rather than trying to go any lower and risking too much hunger. I'd suggest getting started by eating all the dense protein you want until the carb monster subsides (3-4 days) and then cut back to 3 oz several times per day and adding a half cup of cooked veggies. And nothing wrong with keeping your shake (assuming it's high protein/low carb/low cal) for a quick protein boost upon rising. I still do it because I think I do better with higher protein counts. And drink water - lots of water. And keep visiting us here for accountability and encouragement :)
Take care . . .
EDIT - big one - just noticed you are vegetarian. I have NO advice to give you then, other than to try to go back to something closer to what you did when you were in weight loss mode, but with a few more calories. I do think it's exponentially harder when you follow a vegetarian regime, mainly because the foods don't tend to be dense, and the carbs can really play havoc with your brain . . . I don't think anyone *****gularly hangs out here is a vegetarian, so you might want to try asking for input on one of the main boards . . .

147.2- Yep, knew the fat girl behavior would bite me in the butt..not that I ate enough calories to justify two pounds, but that's what happens when I go a little whacko with the refined carbs. Yesterday was good to go- and the same today- maybe the scale gods will recognize repentant behavior and send me back into my comfort zone.
