143.6 Hey, all...Looks like a lul in the canning for the next day (dry weather will do that- but no tears shed here) 74 quarts on the shelves in the basement...think that's enough? Have a restful Sunday.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
120.5. down from yesterday I think due to a major poop - I know - TMI. Oh well. Lots to do today even though its sunday.
You all know I do artwork in a pottery studio. I commissioned another artist to make me a set of small plates so hubby and me could have these little 7 inch ones as our daily dishes because we rarely use dinner plates now. I got them yesterday and they are spectacularly beautiful. real works of art. so find a local potter and get some small plates made. some years ago i had little bowls made and use them every day.. diane
