TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

I just finished a bike ride (10 miles - nice and easy) around the lake with my SIL, brother and nephew. My hubby and son went to the amusement park. My daughter is getting over a cold - dangit.
It's been a nice day.

bqck from a 25 day trip that was mostly not fun. ate weird - helping my mom and cooking for her or eating at the old folks home. ate pizza and drank a lot of wine. i fear the scale tomorrow but will face whatever strange music it broadcasts. glad to be home. diane
