142.0 More garden news- found some ripe gooseberries yesterday that I threw into my apple leavings and simmered into the most lovely rosy colored juice for jelly; another couple of pretty jars to set on the canning shelf.
Am taking a break this morning- pre-op visit for my last round of plastics- scheduled for next Tuesday. Neck/lower face lift. Hopefully loosing the turkey neck- keeping fingers crossed (gobblegobblegobble....)

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

111.4 today. Haven't been around a whole lot but basically behaving. We did a weekend ride all the way north to beautiful Jasper. Longest trip on our bikes and we loved it!
This week our city is preparing for our huge 10 day Calgary Exhibition and Stampede. We live right across the street from the venue and we love being in the thick of things :)
