Feeling devastated today after learning that my surgeon, Dr. Aceves, was killed in a plane crash in Mexico last week.  I was so hoping to see him at the OH conference - his office had sent me a free pass to attend as they were having a patient reunion there on Saturday night.

My condolences to all of Dr. Aceves' patients.  He obviously had a lot of success stories around here.

103.6 lbs today.  Back to WL mode.

Have a good one, all!

I'm so sorry for everyone's loss.  My surgeon, Daryl Stewart, passed away last summer.

I came home from vacation weighing 151.4# on Sunday.  Today, 148.3#. Carbs reek havoc on my body!!  Too many martinis and sweets apparently!!!  Back on plan...the good news is my body fat is lower.  How does that happen?!

Have a great day!!!

Hi All,

Sorry to hear about Dr. Aceves, so sad...

Well I behaved again today, did not fast, but stayed crazy busy, physically, drank lots of water, had 1/2 sm banana & a tablespoon of PB.

No scales, no excuses, just doin' it!  Shrinkin' my tummy and my appetite...

Glad you guys are here!

Cindy
