182.1
Back from the Race Across America.
We made it to 2500 miles, and with about 500 miles to go, we withdrew from the race. Our rider was exhausted and we would have had to average 13 mph through the mountains for the final 40 hours or so, the math just work.
It was a crazy experience. I averaged 2 hours sleep per day working on the crew, after two nights of sleep, I'm still exhausted.
Back to work today...

OMG. That's very very sad. I was going to go to the OH conference just to see him - he was having a patient reunion.
I'm going to to cry now.

Hi All,
Well I am pretty proud of myself today... I have kept myself VERY busy and working really hard, physically, today... burning lots of calories.
I have been drinking liquids like a fish...
I was going to 'fast' today, but needed a tablespoon of PB at around lunch time, and a tablespoon of peanuts around dinner time... not bad... trying to get my hunger under control and shrink my tummy at the same time... just for a few days...
Still no scales, no excuses, I am just doin' it!!
Hugs to all, it feels great to be back.
Cindy
