Great to hear from you, thanks for checking in. I am getting a kick out of seeing a number of the 'old' friend faces again... so glad they are still here...
I have some work to do and I have been doing quite well since I first posted this thread. I am pleased, but have no idea how it is affecting the scales... scales will be in in July some time... was going to wait until then, snicker... but decided I really had better stop all the excuses and get to it! :)

Great to hear from you. I have thought about you so often. I use to love your posting. I too have gained some back and trying to get it off. Ive upped the exercise and messing with my food, trying to decide if I want to go straight low carb and not worry about calories or watch the calories. Which do you think is best? SO GLAD YOUR BACK

Great to hear from you too. I so look forward to working together to get these pounds off. I am not fully committed yet... I find it hard without scales and they arrive in just a couple of weeks, plus my birthday is in 10 days, so I am struggling. However, I am trying and succeeding sometimes :) I will get back on fully very soon. I think I will probably fast for a few days, then cut back dramatically, and then keep within a certain number of calories... I kept my weight off for 4.5 years doing that... However, if I have trouble I will not hesitate to go back to low carb, it works the very best, but then I can't eat as many fresh fruits, etc... so I guess what I am trying to say, is... I will be ready soon, and I am not quite sure what my full plan will be yet. But I am soooooooo looking forward to getting the excess off...
We can do this!! I also have an unstable internet connection, but that will be better within the next week or so also...
I will keep you posted, I try to come on daily, no matter what I am eating... but sometimes our solar power or internet makes it difficult...

I remember you! Hi! I'm hardly ever here, but may need to start checking in more! I'm still at goal 8 years out ..
I go to weigh****chers weekly just for the accountability. I'm a free lifetime member, and I LIKE the people in the group., I've found that a relatively low carb diet is what I need. Carbs make me crave more carbs, and then a downhill slide begins ( for me )
