Hi All,

Just a quick note to say "Hello" all all my old friends on here, I am curious to see who is still here!!

Also, hello to anyone that joined while I have been absent... last couple of years!

I moved from Belize, and now live in The Kingdom of Tonga, in the South Pacific.

I was doing GREAT on maintenance for about 4.5 of the 5 years, now I have put on about 20 lbs and I am looking for some support to lose it.

I don't have scales, I know better, I have some on order and they will be in in July...

Looking forward to catching up...  going to start checking in daily again, start slowly cutting back, and will start posting my weight daily when I get my scales in...

I will update my stats at that time... just want to start getting into the habit of being here again.

Hugs,

Cindy

Thanks Drea, I appreciate the welcome.  I will ease in slowly, eventually I will check out your profile and get to know you better.

All the best,

Hi Bel,

I remember you. You are in the right place for the support you need at 5 years out. Back to basics - that's what I'm doing, too.

Welcome back!

Well Hello There!!

Great to see a familiar face!!  I look forward to getting started... I have not updated my ticker yet.... don't have any facts yet... Sigh... here we go again.  I know better than to let it get this far... oh well I am still with my normal BMI... however, in my case, being a lightweight, that is kind of a cop out...

Looking forward to losing together,

Hugs, Cindy

Thanks Linda !!

I look forward to being a part of your tight little group, it is just what I am looking for...

My internet here is very limited and so I can't be on line much, this should work out great...  I plan to check in daily...

Thanks for the welcome,

Cindy

Hi Cindy,

Last I remember you were going off on a retreat. I often think about you. You were the one who started the daily weigh ins.

I hit 4 years in March. I've put on a bit of weight about 20 pounds as well. But I'm not upset about it. actually it kind of suits me and I like the way that I look.

I don't post much any more. but I still come here to enter my daily weight. As I'm still interested on how I progress.

I control my weight by pure diet. I still don't experience physical hunger. But the mental cravings are a ***** I keep telling myself I need to exercise but I can never get motivated to do it.

any way good to see you and know that you are ok.

Hi Mikey!!

Great to hear from you and get an update.  Yep, I went on a Zen Buddhist retreat for a month!!  It was amazing and I felt better after that... headed back to Belize after being away for 3 months...  slowly things got bad there again, and my weight bottomed out at 130 lbs (I am 5' 11") not good.  I was so unhappy there....

However, we finally just packed in and left, we are now in Tonga and happy, healthy and busy!!  We have 4 acres on the water and are building our home and eventually a business.  I have put on some weight that I want to lose...  life has settled down enough, that I am almost ready to get to it...  Unlike you, I don't like the way I look or feel, even though I am still well within my normal BMI.  And with my height 20 lbs is nothing really....  I don't stress over it, I just prefer to be a bit thinner...

I plan to ease back in slowly, that is one thing I have learned with WLS, no rush, no worries, changes can happen slowly over time, and it will all eventually come off...

Always, great to hear from you my friend, sorry I dropped out of sight for so long.

Cindy
