Daily Maintenance Weigh In Wed., June 4, 2014

141.2  Off for last check up on arm lift- after pics (and, yah- vanity-vanity- going to ask about turkey-neck, but probably will chicken out-pun intended).  Then it's away to the optomitrist's  to pick up new specs that have arrived.   Going to be a hot and muggy day here.  Stay cool, all you sweet treats out there!

112.0. Going for a midweek ride today with friends. Visiting a working farm that primarily raises sheep. So yeah will be eating babies today, maybe buying something wooly too. 

Bonnie I hate my turkey neck and it's moving up the priority list too. 

153.6.  Not a happy number today, not sure why it's up, nothing to do but stick to the plan, so I will!

Had a nice opportunity to earn some good Karma yesterday.  Went for a walk to run errands at lunch, and spotted a cell phone lying on the sidewalk.  I picked it up, saw nobody looking for it, and planned to take it to the police department, but frankly couldn't imagine they have the staff to do anything but put it in a lost and found bin.  Once I got back to my office, I found it wasn't password protected, and though there was no owner info I could find, by combing through recent call logs I found a call to a real estate agent placed not long before I found the phone.  Tracked down the agent, the phone's owner was still in his office, in a panic over losing her phone, and we were able to arrange a happy reunion.   Felt like I was paying it forward from someone who found my wallet last year on the sidewalk after it fell out of my coat pocket.  They found my list of work contact phone numbers, tracked me down and got it back to me - not a thing missing!

Good for you, girl.  Way to walk the extra mile!!!!
