146# I'm breaking up with my scale again!  lol

After 6 weeks of no work outs and before that very inconsistent...my personal trainer took measurements and  it was not pretty.  I already knew this as my clothes do not fit the way I like them to and my tummy roll is more prominent.  Imagine that!!! Plus the fact, my scale has been up since the holidays.  I've worked out pretty hard this week and of course the scale is not cooperating.  I'm retaining water I know.  I'm eating clean and under my calories.  I doing all the right thing so I know it will eventually come off.  It ****** me off that Bonnie's magic wand/ feather duster doesn't work...lol.

On another note...Today is going to a fabulous day!!!  Getting my hair done and going to a bed and breakfast overnight.  The seniors gave a gift certificate to my hubby for an overnight stay and dinner for two.  Making good choices is doable...I don't want to undo my good work this week.

Have a great day, y'all!!!

Morning all:

Stephanie I hear you and am cheering you on.  I totally understand about the clothes part and the tummy roll!!!!!!!!!!!!   It is hard when you are doing every thing right to not have the scales co-operate.

Still 11 above goal but was up, last week, at 14 above so am coming down.     Have been going through a season of severe panic attacks and that is not healthy in any way.    However am slowly, and I mean slowly, coming out of them and returning to eating well.

Still walking and walking and walking.

May all of us have a wonderful food-wise day.

103 lbs.  Looks like I might have to live with being in my red zone during my upcoming climbing climbing trip.  Ugh.

Have a good one, all!

154.1, holding steady from yesterday.  Today's day 5 of detoxing from sugar, usually a danger point for me.  I've got my plan for the day, and I'm sticking to it.

There are some seriously cook magic wands on Etsy - might need to acquire one or two.  Undecided about whether the "pig fairy" magic wand is a good thing or not.

119.8 today, I just can't even understand it 17 months post-op...

I've increased my calories to 900/1000 and I started to lose again.

Sonia you may need to continue increasing your calories to find your balance point. Not to suggest that there's anything wrong with going lower with your weight, but I think your calorie intake is still on the low side. If you do decide to increase cals, be sure to go slowly so you can monitor the results.

Few months ago, I increased my calories to 1100/1200 per day and I gained 2 pounds over a week. Maybe I should try again or at least increase my calories once a week to 1500 calories.

Let me know what you think?

Thanks Linda!
