120.  we have a friend who has a Harry Potter wand . it has a little light on the end. he loves to waive it around. have yet to see any effects, however.

regarding sugar, a few years ago after i had reached goal some friends had a winter solstice ceremony complete with wiccan ritual.  part of it was to cast bad things out of your life to get rid of them by throwing them into a fire.  i tossed in a pat of butter to symbolize keeping fat weight out of my life.   so far so good.    so find some witches and do a ceremony and throw some sugar in a fire.   its all so simple!!!        diane

Ha - a Wiccan ceremony - perfect!

That reminds me, at the start of the economic downturn, the law firm I was working for went under.  I was fortunate to join a group of attorneys from my former firm when they settled at a new firm, but we rather outnumbered the existing employees, so needed to move into larger office space.  We ended up in part of the office space the defunct firm had been in.  It felt rather surreal.
One of the partners that made the move had been in our Hong Kong office for a number of years, and picked up some cultural elements from his China days.  He performed a Feng Shui ceremony to clear out the bad spirits from the space when we moved back in.  Maybe some of this should be added to the post-op books?

Bonnie, I'm thinking more fly swatter than feather duster.  Ray gun?   Bug zapper?
