135 today. I have been all around my goal for months so it was nice to get on the scale today and see that number. I haven't gone hard core like I usually do. Just just giving my body what it needed and not what my head sometimes wanted. Started to do some relaxation exercises again which involve chanting. This seems to work better than meditating for me. The stress level from work was so high I had a nightmare about it the other night. Choose not to eat about it and work on alternative coping skills. Have a good weekend all.

148.3# Yep. Yep. Owning it!!!! Candy, cookies and potato fries with ooey gooey cinnamon marshmallow dip. My fattie self said I deserved it since it was the end of the school year.
I'm officially on summer break!!! WoooHoooo! It started of with a dr. appt. to get my blood work done. My surgeon passed away last summer so I'm doing follow ups with my PCP. All should be well.
Ready to get back to it! I'd like to be back in my range by my 2 yr Surgiversary June 27:).
Happy Friday! Have a great weekend!!!
180.1 - good trend back to maintenance window. Lots of salt tabs last week - works well to keep me going during long rides, but seems to cause water retention well into the next week. As long as that's all it is, i'm happy...
100 miler at the Leinenkugel Brewery in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin on Sunday. Bought the wife a beautiful bike from one of the women in my cycling group a few weeks ago and she's been riding it on the indoor trainer. Last night she rode outside with a group of wives of my cycling buddies and she was the strongest rider, so today she wants to go out again... and we finally have great weather here, so yay!
Have a great day!

I was told that I interview well. That's about all I know from the interview today. My current boss was incredible. He told me that he believes in people doing things to learn and grow and better themselves. So, he backed me 100%. He even put in a good word for me with the Technology Coordinator.
He told me that he thought I was an amazing person. Then, I hit my elbow on a corner. He said, "Stupid, but amazing." Yeah, I laughed.
