16 months out and still losing

120.4 today! I lost 3 pounds in the last 4 days. Weird but I 'll take it!

Morning, Sonia,  Whoo-hoo-you!  My total hope in journey is that I will still be posting 5-10 years from now, weights that approximate just where I am  today.

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

17,500 steps yesterday. Today is my last day of proctoring. Next week starts book returns for the rest of the school. Week after that is inventory. 

I'm off to walk some more.

Morning everyone.

up two.  so 11 above goal.  Not quite sure just why as ate well.    Perhaps just too darn late in the day. Eating a meal at 11pm just does not seem reasonable.

102.4 lbs.  Survived the Chinese food from last night - whew! Nephew leaves tomorrow so I can get back to my regular food programming soon!

121. sneaky pound keeps coming back like a bad penny. oh well, i think its a message telling me to up my protein which i have not been so good at lately.   now i will go put on my tin foil hat to see if there are other incoming messages.  diane

I would tell you to go chew some hippo meat, but have a feeling there is a soft spot in your heart for the critters--(you have called my attention to the total cute-ness of those creatures...)  given that , find some chicken- 4 oz., 24 g. protein and a skinny 120 cal.  I swear- if there is one STANDARD - ACROSS - THE - BOARD - TO - FOLLOW, it is this:  1.  get those liquids in and 2.  PROTEIN.  Someone school me if I'm wrong!

tee hee, do you think they make hippo jerky?  yeah, i will make chicken tonight. we are about due and i always keep frozen chicken breasts.  might have to force down a protein drink or two just to catch up.      maybe will make the chia seed pudding Elina posted.   diane
