Body Fat - The Grand Experiment

I got a chance to participate in a study using MRI for body fat analysis, so I jumped at it.  The technique focuses on visceral fat, which has been deemed the most harmful...

I figured as long as I was doing that, I'd also go for a DEXA (same radiologist) and a Bodpod, within a few days of each other to see how they correlated - I'll use my Tanita scale as well...

I'll post the results so everyone can get a sense of these methods.

cool. looking forward to hearing the results.  i had body fat checked some years ago in the dunk tank. also resting metabolic rate which was so low my doctor didn't believe it.     we have bod pod here at the university so one of these days will do it.  diane
