Daily Maintenance Weigh In for Friday, May 16, 2014
119.5 and another sunny day here in paradise. my roses are exploding and so are the weeds. the only sound i can hear is chirping birds and my gurgling sleeve. we have started having friday afternoon "salon" at the art studio where we get together and discuss art and creativity (oh did i mention we drink wine?). its fun. our little studio is turning into a wine cellar. our new favorite is a cab called "Three Blind Moose". Also Zig Zag Zin. I love this nutty place. diane

Your Friday afternoon salons sound really great Diane. I work for an art museum and am always humbled by contemporary artists doing their thing (a lot of great art is "booze-inspirited" :-). Very inspiring!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
