TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
120 today. had a mamogram. another thing that is much easier when thin. of course, my boobs are saggy and no where near the "world class" category that my husband used to say. But glad I have been able to ditch the expensive underwire bras.
I notice a lot of you fluctuate several pounds from day to day yet I rarely do this. why? I think its because I don't exercise much so the fluid and salt up and down doesn't happen to me as much. the one exception is that a late night spoon of peanut butter guaranties i gain a pound. d
