I took a break from OH, weighing, worrying about food, feeling guilty about eating the "wrong" thing.
I'm now back and feeling calm and happy that I was able to keep the reigns on my food intake.
Snow is coming for Mother's Day. time to shop and mow.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
