Our garden could use some of that rain (and- oh- I have a lovely hot pit for one of those dare I say, succulent piggies) 142.8 Downward trend or just a temporary fluke? I have my suspicions (have made one change in the last week); will continue testing it out...... "here piggy, piggy, piggy........."

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
