180.2 - salty snacks - burned a ton o'calories over the weekend, so just a bit of water hanging around after too many almonds.
We drove down to Rochester MN Sunday to drop off an entire car load of donations for a fund-raiser garage sale for one of the dog rescue groups that we drive transport for... got my picture taken with their mascot...

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

165.8 Earlier today I push-mowed for almost two hours at our rental house, so hopefully that will show up on the scale soon. Trust me, it was exercise. Will be enjoying, sort of, a protein coffee to try to make up for the meal I missed whilst I was a-landscapin'.
