200km ride yesterday... tough winds, but at least the sun peeped out a bit in the afternoon and the temps stayed mid-50s... and no rain!

111.4 today. Dunno why so low, but I'll take it for now. Still a winter wonderland. Very strange weather indeed!

119. we had some much needed rain last night so its back to the usual coolness. hubby is getting a cold which means i will likely get it too. crap. chicken soup today for sure. gallery work tomorrow.  diane

143.4  Just home from a lovely church picnic after participating in a a community work day instead of services--refreshing and delightful.  Quality of good for you food-not so much.  Fellowship- priceless.  Mostly left the food and filled up on the company instead.  Tiired, but happy.

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!
