TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
112 today. I'm not often down this low and it is never 'explainable'. Never holds up on trends either so I just see it as an anomoly.
Bonnie I envy your weather. We have a weird winter wonderland thing going on here today. FB feed is loaded with photos - temporary but taking up valuable motorcycle riding time!

100.6 lbs. Did not quite make it to Tahoe last night as bf worked late. Will attempt to leave SF today. SF always has a weird gravitational pull that's hard to get out of! There's always so much going on, it's hard to leave.
