Happy Uno-de-Mayo (how's that for a butcher job?)  Yes sir-eee, the last month on my desk blotter I have to look at this school year. Whoop and Hooey!  Feeling extra-delightfully great today, like my eyes are open for the first time in a while.  Contemplating serious stuff, and feeing up to the challenge.  Hoping to choose conviction and then (maybe most important) compliance.   With a little grace, I may walk this path...

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

119.5 and its another sunny beautiful day.  hey remember when we used to do "May Day" and take around little may baxkets with candies in them? just as well we dont do that any more.  of  course, for my former fat self every day was may day as candy was one of the four food groups.  (the others were chips, raw cookie dough and alcohol).    diane

You know, sometimes we just aren't ready to give it up. Took me a while, but I'm on the no sugar train again. Today was hard, especially when one of the K teachers came to me to tell me she brought in some freshly baked sugar cookies for me. I had to decline. My head seems to be back in the game. I hope you get back in the saddle sooner rather than later. I wish I had.
