Bit surprised it's so high, but heavy workouts over the weekend and I'm still sore, so hopefully by concentrating on fluids today we'll flush some things out...

My daughter FINALLY gets her cast off today. WOOT! She wants to sign up for tennis even though she has never played. No way in hell I would have done that going into high school. My kids are so damn fearless. I have the best kids in the world.
I'm wearing white today even thought we are having hurricane-force winds and it's colder than an arctic fart.
You all have a fantastic day!
Tennis is a wonderful sport. She will have so much fun. Last summer was the first time since 1984 that I was able to get out on the courts again with hubby. Can't wait for summer again! Speaking of which, this is day 2 with me in warm tights. Thought I was done with them for the winter!

Glad your daughter gets her cast off! Hopefully the healed injury won't interfere with her desire to play tennis. Major props to her for going into that w/o experience. Tennis is a joy to which I hope to return and to which I hope to introduce my very-non-sports-oriented daughter. :)
Sometimes the scales just want to jack with us! Fickle things! 144.8 headed back in the right direction...

166.4 Did better yesterday, and made sure I did my bike, even though it was off it and on it while 8yo was struggling through his math homework.
Thank you so much for your comments and support yesterday. It means so much to know that people get it. No more contact has been made; hopefully it will stay that way so we can have some peace around here.
148.9. Still waiting on the expected drop this week. Feeling self-conscious today - I'm back into my smaller wardrobe, and was pleased to fit into a short skirt that I haven't been able to wear in a long time. It's actually a bit roomy, but it's above the knee by a few inches, which is pretty out of the norm for me. Got a comment (complimentary? I think?) from a male attorney in the break room this morning - nothing inappropriate, but now I'm sitting here at my desk wondering if my skirt's too short. I should probably work up the nerve to go ask a female colleague, but if she say it is, then I'm REALLY going to feel self-conscious all day.
Hubby said it was perfectly fine last time I wore it, but .....
