114.4 today.

I'm 'officially' bailing from the half marathon training because of continuing knee pain.  I'm disappointed about it, will try again in the fall.  But I won't eat the feelings away.

The weather is looking a little warmer today.  I can see lots of fresh snow on the Rockies, which could spell flooding trouble if things warm up to quickly and we get some rain.  Fast release of the mountain snowpack really strains our riverbanks, so I guess it's better to warm up slowly.

Hubby and I will take our motorcycles out if we get some temperature improvement by midday.

Have a good Sunday

Ugh, that sucks on the half marathon training.  Hopefully you'll heal quickly.  In the mean time, at least you've got a sweet ride to take your mind off of it!

148.7.  Finished a 10-K with a friend this morning - haven't done that in 2 years.  I'm so proud of my friend - this was her first 10-K, actually her first race ever.  She did great!

Form me, it went better than I'd hoped, considering I've been far more focused on hiking rather than running lately, so I didn't feel prepared.  I was able to run most of it, finished in about 65 minutes (still waiting on my official time), might be a PR.  We were REALLY lucky not to get rained on, but my fingers were so cold by the time I got back to my car, I thought I  was going to have to pick out a friendly looking stranger to get my car keys out of the little zipper pocket on the back of my running pants.  Fortunately I didn't have to go there...

Happy Sunday everyone!
