It reminds me of how I often describe decisions. We adjust accordingly to the ones we made. Course corrections, so to speak.

Decisions are neither right nor wrong. They are just decisions. So that's what happened with you today. You just made decisions. Adjust accordingly. 

Yes, ma'am. I will be decarbing the planning healthy food for tomorrow. And I will be loving myself because it is okay to do that.
