TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

Hope you get to ride that lovely purple Triumph today! BF and I went out to dinner last night on bikes (he has a Duc) and it was COLD!!!! I might have to rethink riding at night....

Your idea of cold is probably very different from a Canadian's idea of cold. ;-). We are indeed heading out in sheer desperation. It's about 10c right now!

I grew up in the Philippines, a tropical place. I strongly agree that our ideas of cold are two entirely different things! Ride safe, Linda, and for goodness sakes, stay warm !!

Good morning all! 149.8 - it's been over a year since I was below 150, and 2 years since I was under 150 for more than a couple of days. Still have a ways to go, but doing a happy dance this morning.
