It's Friday. It is supposed to be 78 here today. I want to find a way to work outside. Maybe we should move the library books out onto the football field. That would be cool.
I want a pair of really cute red sandals that I found online. I see them in my near future.

144.6 Not painting nails, doing the Easter eggs instead. Fun! There were 6 of us kids at home, and every Easter there would be a dozen eggs EACH for us to color and decorate. Add to that a dozen for MOM. Somehow they all got eaten. Must have been where all my childhood fat came from. It certainly wasn't from all the Easter chocolate, peeps, and malt-ball eggs that showed up in the baskets...or the banana pudding....or.....(I know, totally unhealthy, but TOTALLY FOND MEMORIES) Off to boil eggs!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
113.0. I've injured a knee doing some hill training this week so I'm a little worried about what that means to my half marathon. I'm committing to you that I will not do my long run this Sunday I'd there is even a hint of residual pain. My overall health must come first!

120 today. ok, my turn to whine about a bad day. had a tendon repair in pinkie 5 weeks ago. have been going to hand therapist but one area didn't seem to heal. scab came off and tendon was exposed. doctor got all worried and me too. have a new treatment protocal over the next month to try to get it to heal over. if not, its skin graft time which means they actually sew your finger to your belly.. at least i have yards of extra skin! so this all just sets me back in use of my hand and art work. send healing thoughts . the good news is that it looks better today than yesterday. diane
