Daily Maintenance Weigh-In, Monday, April 14, 2014
It looks and feels like February outside---Into the sweater drawer this morning for work. Cheesh.... 145.8 (salty day with not enough water to flu**** out) Six weeks of school left and counting. I am getting to the "white knuckle" part of the year -last of April thru the first week or two of May--Then, all hell can break loose (and it userally does at a juvenile detention center; lots of kiddos coming in because they have the same, dread, antsy eno-o-school jitters as I)..... Build snowmen if you can!
goal!!! August 20, 2013 age: 59 High weight: 345 (June, 2011) Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012) Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145
TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
120.5 today. scale kept wiggling to 120 like it couldn't decide.
Have to say I so admire all you teachers for what you do. Its the most important job in the world and so under appreciated. Sending good vibes to all teachers today for the last 6 weeks. we have former teachers as employees at our studio and in hiring we figured if they could handle 8th graders they could easily manage 50 wacky artists. diane
