180
Good workout in a local (London) gym last night, but nowhere near enough water yesterday... Doing well on food, just low fluids.
Another day in the (my client's) office... I left my damn iPad on the plane on Monday, so I figured that was 'gone.' But I wrote in to Delta's lost and found and low-and-behold they answered this morning that they were holding it at the airport for me... I'm continuing (via train) to France, but one of my colleagues can pick it up for me so I don't have to make a 3 hour round-trip to the airport today... so that was nice!

Common decency and honesty in this world. What a concept! Makes me smile to know there are remnants of it alive and well and doing good works out there. 146.8 and holding. I think I'm going to choose to have a good day today. Y'all do the same!

Tom that's great that you got your iPad back - wonder how many folks never try lost & found? I always wonder why they can't use their passenger manifest to try to reach folks who've left something behind at a particular seat. Same with hotels - it's not like they have no way of knowing who left it behind.
151.3 - up a half pound for no reason I can think of, so I'm trying not to let it bother me.
Had an odd bout of nausea at the end of my run yesterday, pretty sure I wasn't dehydrated, so not sure what that was about either. Sometimes it's just a mystery!
In my case I switched seats - from a crowded area to a part of the plane where there was nobody beside me... so they couldn't have found me!

114 today. My weight seems to be fluctuating within a 5 pound range now, but always below my red zone number. It's all good. My back is feeling fine so back to my regular running program today.
Tom I'm glad you got your iPad back. I've have lots of happy outcomes from leaving things behind. It restores my faith in humanity.

120 on the money today. jub, amazing you got that ipad back. there are indeed still good people in the world. i found a purse at an airport once. watched it for quite awhile while i awaited flight to see if anyone would come back for it. turned it in to the airline desk.
i have recently had my hand in a brace and was trying to tie my shoe in the grocery store and a stranger offered to tie it for me. several people have offered assistance like this. i thought it was just small town but probably not. diane
